We provide coaching programs to help children learn to ride and to develop safe cycling skills. Parents or legal guardians arrange services on behalf of minors.

2. Bookings and payments

• Program availability and pricing are listed in our catalog and may change without notice.
• Payment terms are communicated at booking. Fees may be required to reserve sessions.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking for reasonable safety or operational reasons.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session without charge.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to compensate coach time and reserved locations.
• Unsafe weather conditions allow no-fee rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Safety and responsibilities

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children wear helmets and appropriate attire.
• Coaches may pause or stop a session if conditions are unsafe or if a child is distressed.
• You agree to follow reasonable instructions provided by our coaches regarding safety.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or access it using methods other than the interface we provide.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and coaching materials are owned by Reflective Frame Atelier or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimers

We provide services using reasonable skill and care. However, outcomes vary by child, and we do not guarantee a specific result within a set timeframe.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to services will not exceed the amounts paid for the applicable program.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.
